French Cherry PieAdd sugar and flavoring to creamed cheese and beat until smooth and fluffy. Fold creamed cheese mixture into the whipped cream carefully. Spread over bottom of baked pie shell. Cover with Comstock Cherries and chill thoroughly.

Burnt Sugar PieMakes 2 pies. Measure sugar and butter; brown together until medium brown. While this is browning, mix egg yolks with milk and heat. Stir flour into browned sugar and butter; blending well. Add milk-egg yolks mixture; stir it all together well. Add vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue.
