Grandma's Rhubarb PieMix sugar, flour, nutmeg, and eggs with a fork. Pour over rhubarb and stir until well coated. Place in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake at 40 minutes more. Must be firm in center.
