Maple Nut CandyBoil syrup, sugar and cream until soft ball is formed in cold water or 238 degrees F on candy thermometer. Remove from heat and beat until creamy. Add pecans.

Blender Pots De CremePut chips, sugar and coffee in blender. Pour in milk. Add eggs, then vanilla. Blend 1 minute. Pour in serving dish and chill. Serve with whipped cream. You may add a pinch of cinnamon instead of vanilla, if desired.

Chicken Spoon BreadScald milk in double boiler. Add corn meal and cook to a mush thickness. Remove from heat and add baking powder, salt, pepper, beaten egg yolks, onion, chicken and butter.

Mae Ola's Onion RingsMix buttermilk, egg and sweet milk together. Dip salted onion rings in above mixture, then, then in flour, back into egg mixture and finally in cracker meal. Fry in fairly hot oil until brown.

Popcorn Goblin GorpIn a large bowl, mix and toss all ingredients together. Serve by scooping out of bowl with dixie cups or styrofoam beverage cups. You can add or remove ingredients or add more or less of each.

Removing Mildew Stains from Baby Clothes?I have a 3 month old who spits up a lot and as often as I change her clothes or put bibs on her etc, she is constantly wet by her neck and chest. I let her clothes air dry after removing them from her before putting them in the hamper. Recently, however, her clothing started to get moldy up by the neck. I now have one cotton, one terry and one velour stretchy of hers that is no longer wearable.
