French Toast with ApplesPlace sliced bread in pan, 9x13 inches. Beat together eggs, milk, vanilla, and 1/2 cup sugar. Pour 1/2 mixture over bread. Slice apples on top of bread. Pour rest of egg mixture over apples.

Mini Christmas WreathsI made these mini-wreaths for Christmas this year. I use the rims of two plastic yoghurt containers facing each other, then wrap natural string around the entire circle. I then go out into nature and start collecting things to glue onto my wreath.

Celery ChickenWash 3-4 chicken breasts (with skin and bones) and pat dry with paper towels. Place in a 13x9 inch baking dish sprayed with Pam. Mix one can cream of celery soup with 1/2 cup milk.

African Violets Infested with Insects?I have been having a problem with my African Violets for months now and have actually lost some. Growing a Tree Sized Pointsettia?Does anyone know how to grow a poinsettia to tree size(about 5 feet)? I've seen these in stores and they really don't cost that much. The problem is getting it home. They break so easily as it is, they will never survive being crammed into my tiny car. I don't know anyone who could lend me a truck or van. Do you need a certain kind of poinsettia (fast growing?) for these?
