March 25th is "International Waffle Day"March 25th is "International Waffle Day" Sift dry ingredients. In separate bowl, mix milk, oil and egg yolk. Combine, and fold in beaten egg whites. Cook on waffle iron. Use your choice of topping.

Bourbon-Baked HamPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Trim fat to 1/4-inch thick; then score. In bowl, mix sugar with bourbon; brush 1/3 over ham. Bake 1-1/2 hours, basting twice with remaining sugar mix. Add 1/4 cup water to pan after 1 hour so drippings won't burn.

Orange Poppy Seed Muffins With BlueberriesCombine flour, sugar, baking powder, poppy seeds, dried orange peel, and salt in a bowl. Add milk, oil, egg, and orange juice; stir just until mixed. Gently fold in blueberries.
