Baked Tomato SnapperPreheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lay fish fillets in a 9x13 inch baking dish and cover with the chopped vegetables. Sprinkle the herbs over the vegetables and top with tomatoes. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until fish is opaque inside and the sauce has thickened a bit.

Burrito PiePreheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large skillet, over medium heat, saute' the ground beef for 5 minutes and dd the onion and garlic. Saute' for an additional 5 minutes.

Turkey on a BunThis is a suggestion for leftover turkey. Melt butter in frying pan. Add water and onion. Cover. Simmer gently, stirring often, until onion is clear and soft and moisture has evaporated.

Hamburger StewFry the hamburger and drain. Mix the hamburger and all of the other ingredients together. Put in a crock pot and cook on low for 7-8 hours. If you are cooking on high, cook for 3 1/2-4 hours.

Cheddar Chili Corn BreadIn an 8x8 inch glass baking dish, mix cornbread mix, water, egg and green chilies together, until just blended. Microwave at 100% power for 6-8 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Lynn's BarsSpread 1 package of the crescent rolls in a 9x13 inch pan and seam together. Mix the cream cheese and sugar together and place on top of the crescent rolls. Top with the other package of rolls and seam together.

Coconut Custard DessertMix all ingredients in order and blend until thickened. Pour into 9x13 inch pyrex and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Cool. Mix together topping ingredients until thick and pour on top of custard. Very good.
