Breakfast EggsLine bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan with bread free of crusts. Sprinkle 1 pound of fried, crumbled bacon over bread. Spread grated cheese over this. Mix eggs, milk and salt. Pour over dry mixture. Let set overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Can also add ham, sausage, turkey and/or mushrooms.

Chipper Peanut CandyIn large saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter. Stir until well blended. Remove from heat. Add potato chips and peanuts, and mix well. Press into aluminum foil-lined 8 or 9 inch square pan.
