Pound CakeCream softened butter in large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Gradually cream in sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time, and beat 1 minute after each addition.

 

Sautéed Greens for TwoThis is a 'put your hand on your tummy and rub to show it's yummy' recipe. Heat a large pot over high heat until hot. Add the olive oil. Add the garlic and cook for a few seconds until it is golden.

 

Caramel CheetosThis is a bizarre recipe that is really tasty. I found it from a friend, and had to try it. Even my skeptical hubby asked for some in his lunch.

 

Minute SteaksFlavorful minute steaks that are quick and easy that my husband likes. Place oil in pan and turn onto medium heat. Sprinkle seasoning onto both sides of meat.

 

Keeping Produce FreshWhenever I buy grapes, I always wash them right away for an easy snack to grab. To ensure they stay fresh as long as possible. I always stick a couple folded up paper towels in the bottom of the bowl or zip-lock bag.
