Deep Fried PicklesI saw a recipe for this a few days ago and thought it was a crazy idea but decided to google and see other Fried Pickle recipes I could find. I came up with this tweaked combination from half a dozen recipes for it and it's yummy!

Crafty Crescent LasagnaMix and heat first 7 ingredients for 5 minutes. Combine cottage cheese and parsley and set aside. Unroll 2 long rectangles of dough on ungreased cookie sheet. Overlap long sides.

Coconut Custard PieBeat eggs slightly. Stir in granulated sugar, salt, and vanilla. Gradually stir in milk; reserve 1/2 cup coconut for top. Add remaining coconut to custard. Pour into pie shell.
