Baked JalapenosRinse peppers. Poke a tiny hole in each and pour in sea salt. Shake well. Place on baking tray and boil 5-10 minutes.

 

Chicken and Vegetable Stir-FryHeat oil in nonstick skillet. Stir-fry chicken for 5 minutes or until browned. Add veggies. Stir-fry until crisp-tender. Stir in contents of sauce packet. Cook until hot.

 

Cool Lime PieIn a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add limeade and food coloring. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Pour into crust.
