Nearly Sugar Free PieThis can be made in a few minutes and in the fridge before dinner. Here are three pictures for a step by step recipe.

 

Chicken Cider StewIn a saucepan, cook bacon over medium-high heat until crisp. Remove bacon from pan. Reserve drippings.

 

Zucchini PiePeel, seed and thinly sliced zucchini. Sprinkle RealLemon over slices and stir well. Let stand. Mix dry ingredients. Add to zucchini and mix well.

 

Cherry SaladCrush graham crackers. Melt butter; add sugar and mix with crackers. Spread in 9x13 inch pan; chill. Mix Dream Whip, cream cheese, and powdered sugar in mixer.

 

Green Chili Corn MuffinsThese muffins are so good and are often called Mexican Cornbread by many of the Southwest recipes. Delicious with almost any type of soup, and a "must go-with" for chili.

 

Fiesta DinnerBrown meat; add taco seasoning as directed on package. Add tomatoes; simmer for 15 minutes. Layer 1 flour tortilla in round casserole dish;. Place taco meat on tortilla and spread to cover.

 

Cheesy Mock SouffleThis little goodie is easy to make, uses up un-usable leftovers, and is very inexpensive. It does not "collapse" like a real souffle and can be made ahead of time and baked before serving. You may add meat, veggies, and condiments to suit your taste and leftover "stash".

 

Buffalo Chicken PizzaI found the idea of buffalo chicken style pizza at Allrecipes and, as usual, just couldn't resist tweaking to create my own version. Anyone who knows me knows I love buffalo chicken flavored anything from meatballs and burgers to fries, wraps, and even wontons!

 

Don't Clean Up Dough With Hot WaterWhen making doughy baked items, for easier clean up, don't use hot water. Instead, use cold water and a bench scraper. It saves time and effort. The hot water tends to make things even more gooey!

 

Use Child's Parroting Phase For MemorizationWhen my daughter was little, she went through a phase where she would try to annoy me by parroting everything I said. I used that to help her learn things I wanted her to know, like our phone number and address.

 

Label Corner of Fitted SheetBefore putting on a fitted sheet on a bed, take a permanent marker and write on the tag, LB or RB, depending on which side the tag is on. It makes making a bed much faster and easier! No more trying to figure out which corner goes where.

 

Easy Cheesy Potato SoupCook potatoes until tender. Do not drain all of potato water off. Save enough for 1 can of water in soup can. Add soup; add Velveeta cheese to taste.
