Hamburger Vegetable CasseroleSpread 1/2 lb. hamburger on bottom of baking dish. (Season.) Add a layer of potatoes and 1/2 of remaining vegetables. Add salt and pepper to each layer. Spread cabbage leaves over mixture.

Mardi Gras BreakfastUse a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add hash browns to bottom of pan, then add all other ingredients except cheese and eggs. Break eggs and let them run through mixture. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees F for 40 or 45 minutes.
