My little girl is turning 12! She is not so little anymore. She wants an adventure party. I need ideas on how to organize a treasure hunt in the neighborhood.

I would see if some of the neighbors would assist you with this. Hide clues around the neighborhood. Divide them into teams. Each clue would lead them to the next clue. The winning team to first find the treasure chest wins. I would get a box, spray paint it gold, and fill it with the prizes. You could wrap the prizes and label them with each guests name so that everyone gets a favor that way. I would have prizes such as costume jewerly, puzzles, games, candy...Perhaps the gifts inside could be in gold and silver small gift bags....
I would do it in your backyard and common areas. Put clues behind bushes and under the doormat
