I always like a scavenger hunt; since it is in a park, you could make one up with nature items (particular kind of leaf, a feather, rock shaped like something eg heart, 3 dandelions, a 4 leaf clover, etc). Another idea is to have some sort of group games; you have enough for teams -- volleyball, soccer, softball, etc.
I think a water fight would be a great idea. Get some water balloons and water fund and I'm sure they would have a blast. Another thing you could do is a scavenger hunt. You could get clues and lead them up to a prize.
Maybe you should bring a dodgeball or flags for capture the flag. Maybe even sports balls
