13th Birthday Party Ideas?

My daughter is turning 13 years old, and she wants a really cool, fun birthday. We're thinking of a go to movies, or laser tag, etc. She's girly, but not too girly. She wants 10 - 15 girls. I don't know what to do. Please help me with suggestions! Thanks.
