My 16th birthday party is in the winter/fall weather so it's not hot at all. My best friend and I always have a joint birthday party because our birthdays are only 4 days apart. She's not really girly and I'm tom boyish. We would like a party that's not really expensive and that we could do at night, but we don't have many ideas beacuse of the weather and not really expensive please! Since it's our 16th birthday we still want it to be special.

This sounds cool! It would be cool if you could have some sort of dance party. YOu would need someone's house, or an available event place (even in a church or school), a DJ or someone volunteering to do it, food, cool lights, etc. Itcould be very affordable if done right.
