Lots of silver decorations. Play songs and have news articles from 25 years ago. Show their wedding pictures. Have food. Perhaps you can do a trivia game with the questions about things that happened 25 years ago.
25th anniversary is silver. I would decorate with hearts and pictures of the couple through the years.
