I'm turning 30 in the summer and looking for really unique party themes. I'm having the party at hall and there's approximately 50 people including kids. I was thinking of a Burlesque theme, but that may be too risque for some guests. Thanks in advance for your ideas!

How about an 'alphabet party'. You can pick any letter from the alphabet or pick two (maybe your initials?), then everyone has to come in fancy dress as something beginning with the chosen letter (or letters). This would work well for kids also. People can be as tame, imaginative or smart with this theme as they like.

I have done several parties for my hubby. I really don't have a theme per say but I make sure there is something going on at all times. I hired a caricature artist, I had pinatas one for kids and one for adults (I filled with scratch tickets, pens, note pads, cigars, plastic nips, etc. I had a psychic doing readings. Costly but everyone still talks about my party.
