80's Weight Watchers Plan

I am looking for the Weight Watchers plan from around 1985. It contained booklets and I remember you got to add foods every week. Does anyone have this info?

I was looking for the same thing and found the information today on this site. If you go to http://healthy.hillbillyhousewife.com/exchanges.pdf they have the Weight Watchers Exchange program. This is the original exchange program which is wonderful! I am so excited to find it and can't wait to start!
