A Remedy For Salty Soup

If your soup is too salty, quarter a raw potato and add it for a half hour or so. It will absorb a lot of the salt. Remove before serving. Use it in another recipe.

A Remedy For Salty Soup

Made beef stroganoff and after adding a little garlic salt to the meat, the canned broth and soup made it way too salty. Tried the white vinegar and a little sugar and it really helped! (07/23/2009)
