I would like ideas for what to get for a sweet 4 year old girl and a pregnant daughter-in law. The birthdays will be celebrated together.

For the child a newborn doll and clothes - then maybe a baby doll carriage with blanket and pillow, to welcome the new baby.
For the new Mother - I'd suggest 2 or three hours minding the house with a meal thrown in, so she can spend the time with the new baby ... and the new father. Good Luck.
