Apple Cake

Ingredients:

• 4 cups apple slices
• 3 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 cup oil

• 4 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. salt
• few drops lemon juice

Directions:

Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside.

Mix together remaining ingredients. Add sugar and apple slices. Pour into 9x13 inch pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
