- 4 cups tart apples, sliced
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish. Arrange apples in the pan. In a medium-sized bowl, mix remaining ingredients with a fork. Sprinkle on top of apples. Bake for about 30 minutes, until apples are
tender and topping is brown.

This brings back many good memories of eating at the school cafeteria when I was in the 5th grade. It was the only dessert we ever had that I liked. t's a nice easy recipe too. Thanks for sharing it.
