Applesauce Brownies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 cup applesauce
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 cup nuts, chopped
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1 package butterscotch chips

Directions

Sift flour and soda together. Mix butter, brown sugar, eggs, applesauce, raisins, vanilla and flour mixture together. Mix well and pour into large jelly roll pan. Mix nuts, white sugar and butterscotch chips. Spread over top batter. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until done.
