One delicious way to make a luscious side dish for the family.
- 4 cans drained cut asparagus (or you can cut it up yourself). Reserve juice for later use.
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (sharp)
- 2 packs Ritz type crackers
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Spray your dish with cooking spray. Layer asparagus, cheese, and crackers. End up with cheese on top. Add one can cream of mushroom soup to top. Crush crackers on top. Add some of reserved juice to casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F until bubbly. About 45 minutes. Cool and stir well before serving.
