I've been invited to a golf tournament. The dress is: wacky chic. There is a prize for the wackiest ensemble.

I would go with outrageous socks above the knee, think bright, bold, mismatched. Then you can wear some type of shorts with suspenders, a belt with a huge buckle, curlers in your hair with a scarf wrapped around, big eye glasses/sunglasses. Shoes that are really nice that dont match or slippers. Sounds like a fun event, good luck!
