- 1 large can crushed pineapple (save juice)
- 1 cup grated Velveeta cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup bread crumbs
Combine 1 cup sugar, 2 Tbsp. flour and juice from pineapple. Mix all ingredients together and add 1 cup bread crumbs. Place in baking dish and dot with butter. Bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
