Baked Pork Chops

One of my favorites!

Ingredients:

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 can chicken with rice soup
  • mustard
  • flour

Directions:

Spread mustard on both sides of chop; dip in flour. Brown in hot fat and transfer to casserole dish. Pour soup over chops and bake 1 hour in 350 degree F oven.

We used to make these all the time and they were a huge favorites. I am alone now and haven't thought of them for a long time. Now I can't wait to make them again. Thank you so much for the recipe and the lovely memories.

This is a new recipe to me, but it sounds like something hubby and I would enjoy for lunch which is most often our largest meal of the day now.
