Banana Bread

This is a quick and easy recipe.

Ingredients:

• 1 box butter recipe yellow cake mix
• 3 eggs
• 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
• 1 cup mashed bananas
• 1 cup chopped nuts, optional

Directions:

Grease and flour 2 loaf pans or spray with Baker's Joy. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F

Mix all ingredients until combined. Divide between the two pans and bake 40-45 minutes or until loaves test done.
