The countertop and sink in my bathroom are a medium green/blue, the vanity is white, the toilet is white, the tub/shower is a light beige/pink, and the floor is red/brown small square tiles. I wish I could get rid of all of it, but I don't have the money. What color can I paint this bathroom? What else can I do till I can change things?

I can truly understand why you want to change your bathroom. The color combination doesn't really go well together at all. The only color you can actually paint the walls in your bathroom would be white. Any other color would shout at the other colors in this room.
You can use white or off-white. Any other color will clash with one or more of the fixtures
