Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can red kidney beans (16 oz.)
  • 1 can cut wax beans (16 oz.)
  • 1 can small green peas (16 oz.)
  • 1 can green beans (16 oz.)
  • 1 large, red onion, chopped
  • 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 jar pimiento (7 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar

Directions

Drain all of the beans and combine in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well and cover. Refrigerate for about 12 hours. Stir occasionally. Drain before serving.
