| Use An Art Sponge For Exfoliating
I have dry skin, and like most of us, don't like to use something harsh on my face. I found this little art sponge/stencil dauber at a yard sale for .25, and it's nylon "scrubbies" are perfect. They exfoliate without hurting my face, and the round shape is perfect for dipping into the container I put my face wash in.

| Cutting Costs On Beauty Supplies
With the price of so many things skyrocketing I have found myself looking for areas to cut costs. One of them is the cost of beauty supplies. When a decent anti-aging cream costs about $20 I want to get every last drop. I use my kitchen poultry knife or scissors to cut open the container when I reach the end. It gives me enough left for a couple more days. I follow the same practice with body lotions, toothpaste, and even my favorite body powder.

| Beauty Savings
By Kelly Ann Butterbaugh
On a routine trip to restock my medicine cabinet, I realized how much beauty products can cost. Just the basics like hair care, moisturizers, and cleaners can cost a small fortune. Instead, I experimented with some other alternatives to my usual products as well as alternative places to buy them.

| Looking For Perfume Suggestions
I would like some perfume suggestions. I like DKNY Cashmere Mist, but it is pretty common. I like clean, powdery scents, not floral. I really like Yankee Candle's "Clean Cotton" fragrant candles, oils, etc. Unfortunately, they don't make it in a perfume!

| Camouflaging A Scar When Wearing A Skirt
I want to wear a knee length skirt for the first time in 17 years. I was in a car accident which left my leg badly scarred. I had to have a skin graph so what I need is a suggestion on how to kind of camouflage it but still be able to wear my leg out. If anyone can help me out I will gladly appreciate it.

| Have Confidence To Face The World
I guess this could be called a 'confidence in myself' tip. Like probably nearly all women, I tend to worry about appearance before I leave the house. I stand in front of the long bathroom mirror and agonize over things.

| Triple The Life Of Bar Soap
Buy the 8-bar package of soap, remove individual bar wrappings and place bars in an open (mesh if available) container and let set for a minimum of 30 days. You won't have a shower that looks like a 'bubble bath', but will still lather, get you clean and the bar will not dissolve down the drain as before.
