Use Syringe To Refill Travel Tubes Of Lotion

I have a 2 oz tube of lotion that is perfect for carrying my purse. Instead of purchasing a new travel tube whenever I've used up the lotion, I refill it from the larger tube/bottle I already have on hand which may be located anywhere else in the house.

Using Shampoo and Conditioner as Body Wash

Save the soap, people! Don't buy another bar of soap or container of liquid soap. I have found that the cheapest WalMart brand hair shampoo and conditioner combination work well.

Extending the Life of Razor Blades

Wherever you live, razors are left in an environment of heat, humidity, wet, and steamy air. If you look closely at your razor, it is most likely either molded or rusty.

Use Lonely Sock as Powder Puff

I searched high and low in every store and could not find a good, old-fashioned poofy powder puff. In the midst of searching another store, my husband suggested I take an old sock and fill it with powder and use that.

Buy Men's Deodorant

I was looking at deodorant/antiperspirant and noticed that the men's had more in it than the women's did, for the exact same amount of money.

Use Baby Powder as Deodorant

I began using baby powder containing corn starch and zinc oxide instead of antiperspirant deodorant. For me, it works even better than the deodorant and I don't have to be concerned about the aluminum from the antiperspirant being absorbed through my skin anymore.

Use Castor Oil for Better Eyelashes

A great way to get better eyelashes it to put castor oil on them. I read reviews of how it made peoples lashes better over night, made them grow in fast, etc., and I didn't believe it...until I tried it!

Use Baby Wipes For Spot Freshening

Use Vaseline To Avoid Dry Legs

In the winter, I take extra hot showers and end up with dry very itchy legs. I no longer have that problem because, right before I get in the shower, I slather my legs with Vaseline. It repels the hot water from going directly on my legs.

VO5 Shampoo As A Shower Gel

VO5 Shampoo As A Shower Gel. I've got one more tip that I just discovered. I try real hard to use products that are as natural as can be with as few synthetic ingredients as possible. Well, the old shampoo, VO5, if you check out the label, uses pretty much fewer ingredients than anybody else.
