| Hair Damaged By Perm

I went for a permanent and they forgot to put the neutralizer on my hair at the end. My hair is straight and very frizzy and dry.

| Chemically Straightened Hair is Damaged

I got my hair chemically straightened. For a while it was great. Now it's dry tangles easy, and when I wash it it gets matted even after conditioning. Then I spray it with stay-in conditioner and apply serum for drying. It still looks like dolls hair. Please help.

| Solutions for Over Processed Hair

I have Damaged hair to begin with, but recently I went to a hair salon looking for aid and to hide some bad highlights on my auburn hair and the next thing you know is that they have turned my hair BLACK! I was mortified. In addition, I think the hair dresser didn't rinse properly because my scalp was burning the next day and I still had brown on parts of my scalp.
