Difficulty Styling Hair
I have always wore my hair the same style. It is really frizzy and coarse and always has been even when I was young before ever using any styling aids. The back is long and naturally curly and I let it air dry. But the top I have always blown dry and used a curling iron.

Vintage Marcel Wave Techniques
I am looking for techniques to pull off the Marcel wave. If any of you ladies know how to create the look I would appreciate it. Thanks. My hair is short to medium length, it touches my shoulders.

Getting Rid of a Cowlick
I have a cowlick in the front of my head and I can't get it to go down. Some nights I wear a head band or something while I sleep or I blow dry it down. But it either sticks up by the end of the day or it just doesn't go all the way down.

Having a Mohawk With Curly Hair
I have wanted a Mohawk for some time now, but my mom gets in the way. She's worried I wouldn't look good with one. I have really thick, really curly, brown hair. On a white girl it's unique, but to me it's getting old. Would a Mohawk or Chelsea-Hawk look good on me?

Putting Hair in a Ponytail
Would someone please give me instructions on how to make an ordinary ponytail? I have shoulder-length fine hair. When I make a ponytail to keep it out of my face it looks like I've had an eyebrow lift! Nothing but the aging hipster look, instead of something softer looking for my hair above the ponytail.

Use Empty Toilet Paper Rolls as Hair Rollers
You can actually use empty toilet paper rolls to roll your hair. If you have shoulder length or longer hair, empty toilet paper rolls work perfectly. I have waist length natural curly, and wavy hair. I use toilet paper rolls to roll my dry hair. I use bobbie pins, or clips to hold in place. I leave it up for about an hour. When I unroll it, I have fuller, smoother, flowing hair, with soft curls at the bottom.

Remedies For Cow Licks
Does anyone have a remedy for cow licks? I have tried blow drying in the direction, gel, etc., but with no luck. Have you used a particular product and/or a technique that works? Thank you!
