I, like many other women, have problems keeping my bobby pins together. They usually end up lost or spilled. So when I need one, I can never find one. Here is a nifty idea I came up with.

| Make Your Own Stretchy Pony Tail Holder

I made a discovery a few days ago after paying 4 bucks plus shipping for a pair of ladybug pony tail holders. They were made with novelty buttons with a shank. They had a Goody stretch pony tail holder. I bought some novelty buttons and stretch rings and made some by pulling the ring though the shank with a piece of thread.

| Cleaning Your Curling Iron

Does anyone have any ideas on cleaning curling irons? Mine work fine, but have dried hairspray and setting lotion on them. They look terrible.

| Perfume Your Hair Dryer

If you use a hair dryer to dry your hair, put a little of your favorite perfume on the back of it, near the air intake, and your hair will take on the scent of the perfume.

| Clean Your Blow Dryer When It Stops Working
|
|
When your blow dryer suddenly stops working, clean the lint out of the vents on all sides with an old dry toothbrush. Lint that doesn't come out can be picked out with tweezers. Vacuum the vents with the hose part of your vacuum cleaner. Your blow dryer should start right back up and will last for several more months.

| Cleaning Hair Off Velcro Hair Rollers

I use those velcro hair rollers but after some usage, loose hair becomes stuck to the rollers and then they don't work very well. Does anybody have an easy way of taking the hair off the rollers? Picking it off by hand is very time consuming!
