For those of us with the caffeine shakes - Avon is now manufacturing an eye liner brush with a curved end. You can rest your hand on your cheek while you apply the liner. It really does work well.
For easy to apply, smudge proof eyeliner, just use eye shadow applied with either a slightly moistened sponge eye makeup applicator or a cotton swab. I prefer to use dark brown eyeshadow applied with a cotton swab.
This tip will come in handy for those who still use eye liner pencils. I used to have trouble with the pencil sliding in my fingers when I went to use the hand-held sharpener that came with the eye liner. I solved this problem with a small square of non-skid drawer liner.
I desperately need a smudge proof, long lasting eyeliner pencil. One that won't fade, smear, or lose the shape that I draw! I've tried waterproof kinds and smudge-proof kinds. I've tried setting the liner with powder or powder eye shadow. I've tried liquid eyeliner, waterproof liquid eyeliner, mascara and eyebrow pencils.
I was wondering what eyeliner is the best for lining the inner lower eye? I currently use a kajal liner from India. However it always runs and collects in corner of eye. I see lots of entertainers wearing this look. So I know it can be done. I am new to this site any help greatly appreciated.
