What brand of mascara would you recommend for short, thin eye lashes? I would prefer one that is waterproof. With so many on the market it is hard to choose which is best.
If you use water-based mascara (as opposed to water-proof), add a couple of drops of water to it when it gets near the end, or if it gets too dry.

While putting on your foundation, just place your mascara somewhere next to your body. The mascara will heat up to your body temperature and it will be so much easier to apply. I usually place it down in my bra or you can put it under your leg if your sitting down. It doesn't dry it out at all, just makes it smooth for application.
