I also agree to what Cassking has said but i would say that the best and easiest way to weed your garden is to recognize when they are young as it becomes easy for you to pull out the weeds when they are in a sprouting state, than to pulling out them when they are firmly established.

The best and easiest time to weed your garden is when it's wet. The weeds will pull out much easier removing more of the roots. This means there is less chance of roots being left behind to produce more weeds.
