I have tried a lot of these tips. Honestly, the best way I have tried was bleach down the drain and the fly traps. I did the apple cider vinegar but it didn't work as well as all three of the combinations together.
I had them really bad and they were the biting kind. I even have one stuck in between my computer screen so I have to look at this dead gnat every time I use my computer. Uuhhggg, they are a really bad nuisance this year!
