Blue Ice Pack Leaked Onto Sofa?

I discovered that some time ago my blue ice pack had leaked that blue stuff between my sofa cushions - so it's dry. The tag on the sofa says to use water-based cleaners or water-based foams.

Should I try to clean it myself or have it professionally cleaned? If the latter, is there a company you would recommend?
