Breakfast Quiche

Awesome quiche recipe. Love the grated zucchini in this.


  • 10 slices whole wheat bread, cut into quarters
  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • Ad
  • 2 cups cooked sausage
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 medium zucchini, grated
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine


Line bottom and edges of greased 9x13 inch casserole with bread. Layer cheese, sausage, onion, and zucchini over bread. Mix eggs, milk, salt, and melted margarine in bowl. Pour mixture over top. Chill overnight. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake 50 minutes.

Cooking Time: 50 Minutes
