Bubble And Squeak

2 veggies and a meat, one pot to clean, and it is quick.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 head cabbage chopped (use about the same amount as you do potatoes)
• 5 medium potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
• 2 Kielbasa or Polish sausages, cut into wheels
• 1/2 cup water

Directions:

Layer ingredients until they are all used up, then add the water in a boiler or large pan. Simmer until potatoes are tender. You're ready to serve. Just watch to make sure water doesn't all simmer out and the meal stick to the pan. It should be just right as is, but all according to how long it simmers.

Source: I got this from a fellow camper who brought it to a covered dish supper at the campground. It is great, and very easily prepared, plus GOOD FOR YOU!
