I noticed this bump 5 days ago. My dog doesn't seem to notice it or be bothered by it, only when I try to clean it. I have no idea what this could be?

Your dog is obviously bothered when you touch the bump so something is wrong. Please take your dog to your vet to check for the possibility of infection, cancer, etc. The sooner the better as some problems can become worse and cost far more in vet costs later on.
