Buying a Side of Beef in Nebraska

I live in Lincoln, Nebraska. I am a military wife and we have traveled all over. I have purchased half cows before, but never here in Nebraska. I love the taste of the beef and the price has always been around 2.29 a lb. I was given, Hollenbeck Farms, as a source, but the website says they are not taking any orders for anything. Can anyone help me out here? Thanks so much!
