Have you tried the Burpee Catalog or Burpee.com? Good Luck!

I googled "Ellen Rose plant" and found many informational links. Some were even in California. Try it yourself. Large hardware/garden stores like Home Depot, Lowe's, and OSH usually have many varieties of rose.
