I was watching TV and then the lights and TV went out. After 10 minutes, it came back on. Then it happened again later that night and came back on. Yesterday it did it again this time, no power came back. I bought a new breaker and still no power. Any ideas?

This is an obvious question, but - have you tried the TV in a different location? Perhaps it is the TV that is broken, and nothing to do with the particular circuit. I have known TV's to be destroyed by lightning strikes on the power lines, although not by power outages from some other source. Did you have surge protector bar on the outlet?
I may have misunderstood the question. Are you saying that everyone else's power is restored and you have no power to your house at all? In that case, I would call your electrical power company.
