Canning Peaches?

Today I bought a box of peaches. I want to can them, but can't find a good recipe. If anyone has a great recipe I would really like to try it.

Get yourself a Ball canning book. It tells all, the canner's bible it is. You can buy one new or order a used one off Amazon real cheap. And the information is ageless. If you can at all you really need one of these books. My mom has been canning over 45 years and has four or six of them through out the house. She eventually finds one when she needs one and whichever one she finds tells her everything she needs to know.

Why don't you consider freezing some of them. Same thing, follow Ball Blue Book of canning and freezing. You can also Google freezing peaches.
