Canning Recipes For Tomato Salsa

Does anyone have a canning recipe for tomato salsa? Most of the recipes have too much vinegar and not enough tomatoes. Thanks.

There are so many recipes for Salsa on the net. But a really easy recipe for this, and one you can be creative with, is with "Mrs. Wages Salsa mix" picked up at any Walmart or Krogers Store. I use it all the time. It's flavorful and easy and cannable. Good luck. (08/24/2008)
