We have had several questions on that. My suggestion was to blow out the system so there is no air.

That happened to me once and it was a faulty thermostat. Once the engine has heated the water enough, the thermostat should let the hot water circulate. If it is very cold outside it may take a while for the engine to heat up.

You can watch the heat dial. When mine goes from 6 o'clock to the 9 o'clock position, the heat comes on.
